Start URL, ntp server, ftp props, channel list URL, time zone, bootcaster state fields should be filled and click save button at bottom.
Start URL TV will open the link, channel list URL channel list link will be drawn, NTP server is the IP of the server where the TV will pull the time information.
Bootcaster state can be stopped, running, or server is not exist.
