Android Startup Guide

This document explains startup configuration, some special menus, connection types and Hardware informations on an Android TV. This document has five sections;

Logging: You can find information about log in this section.

Third Party Apps and root User: This part explains how to use third party apps and root user.

Default Openning Application: This section explains default opening applications.

General Informations: You can find software and hardware informations in this section.

Supported Codec Formats: This section shows supported formats.

Logging

This part explains getting Android, application and MB135VS logs. You can get Android logs on Logcat with ADB connection. If you want to get MB135VS Logs, you have to connect MB135VS’s chassis with serial connection. So you can get MB135VS logs. You can also get the logs of application that you developed on Logcat.

Third Party Apps and root User

In this section downloading third party apps and root user are explaining. You can find informations about these subjects below;

Third Party Apps

You can use third party applications on your MB135VS. You can download applications with ADB or USB.

Root User

We need to prepare and give the root software, the software can not be rooted afterwards. The only way could be a full USB update.

General Informations

You can find information about software version in software information section. 

Software Informations

We use Android 7.1.2 which is known API Level 25.

Hardware Informations

MB135VS’s hardware informations is described below;

CPU ARM A53 series Quad-Core 1.5Ghz each.
2 GB RAM.

Supported Codec Formats

In this section supported codec and video formats are explaining. We support codecs and containers below;

Codecs: H.263, H.264 AVC, H.265 HEVC, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 SP, VP8, VP9

Containers: AVI, MOV, MP4, MPG, 3G2, 3GP, WEBM
