Avadeo is the application which enables Digiguest to be integrated with PMS. Following diagram demonstrates the data flow between Digiguest and PMS (Figure 1).

To enable synchronization between Digiguest and PMS, an interface is required. Digiguest provides an application named “Avadeo” to achieve this integration (Figure 2).

Data transfer process achieved by following steps;
Avadeo sends a request to retrieve the data stored in PMS
After the request authenticated, PMS begins to transfer stored data
When data transfer is completed, Avadeo sends retrieved data to Digiguest database via Digiguest Admin Panel Application (Data transfer PMS to Digiguest)
When a user makes a purchase or another request, Client API notifes Avadeo about the user request and sends the user data to PMS (Data transfer from Digiguest to PMS)
To start Avadeo PMS Integration Tool, go to “C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CloudHotelTV_v0.0.13\Avadeo” and run “Avadeo.exe” as administrator.
Then, Avadeo will start running and Avadeo window will be opened (Figure 3).

Find Avadeo application icon in the notifications panel on the right bottom of the Windows taskbar (Figure 4).
Click “Right” on the icon and select “Settings” to configure Avadeo.

Enter the Fidelio Server IP address to the “Host” field on Avadeo “Settings” window (Figure 5). Fidelio Server port address must be entered in the “Port” field as well. HotelTvService field must be entered as follows:
When Avadeo is not connected to Fidelio Server it keeps trying to re-connect, this reconnection time interval value must be specified in the “Retry Time” field. Other fields can be left unchanged.
After the changes, click “Save ” button to save changes.
Then, click “Connect” button to activate Avadeo, connection status and transmitted data will be logged on the open Avadeo Window.
