Check In/Out

The list of customers who have checked in is shown on this page.

This list includes customer name and surname, arrival date, planned departure date and departure date.

Users can use the left and right arrows to move quickly to the next or previous page on the list page.

With the search button at the top right, a detailed search can be made in the Customers list that checked in.

At the top left download buttons are downloading the list as csv, excel, pdf and print the list.

There are three buttons consecutively in the check in/out page. These are check-out, edit and delete.

  1. Check out

This button is used for the already checked-in customers. The customers will check-out with this button. If departure time has come, the users will press this button, and this will lead them to an another page. They can see the arrival time, planned departure time and the customer’s name in the new page. If they press check out button automatically the departure time will be assigned. This operation can be cancelled with cancel button. When they back to list, in the list they can check who already checked-out by viewing the departure date column.

   2.Edit

 The users can edit the room numbers, arrival and planned departures dates.

   3.Delete

 Delete operation will be applied with this button.
